Odd WinRAR problem

I downloaded a large .rar file (~750megs), which should extract 47 smaller rar files... The file was downloaded in full and is not corrupted, but when i try to extract, it only shows 9 files within the large compressed file. I'm not sure what this is, reintalling winRAR doesn't fix the problem, I thought it was probably a glitch, but nope. If anyone can help I wouls appreciate it.
