Solved Odd BSoD after Dropbox install

Specs: Windows XP, Intel Pentium4 @ 2.40 Ghz, 768MB DDR ram
OK, I know you probably get hundreds of questions like this but i'll ask it anyway.
After I installed Dropbox on my winXP computer yesterday, i got this after about 30mins:

I would uninstall Dropbox, but I recently brought this computer back into my business as a cheap backup system, and Dropbox is vital as a quick syncing service.
It happened completely randomly, even when Dropbox is not installed.
I DID have a particularly nasty virus while setting this thing up last week but this BSoD only occurred after the Dropbox install. The virus may have corrupted the file?
Any help is appreciated.

A method of recreating a corrupt win32k.sys file (see screenshot) is given in the second response here:

I know nothing about dropbox so this is offered just in case it is of value.

Ok I followed the file regen procedure in that link.

It's possible Dropbox had nothing to do with the error, but it was the last change I had made before the error so I started from there.

Will let you know if the error happens again.
