Occasional startup

Everytime I start my computer there is one program that only starts occasionally with the other programs. It appears in All programs - startup and also in MSConfig. Is there some reason it is only loading on odd occasions. I run Win XP Home on my laptop and it is exactly the same.

It is called "Start Panel" from Leinen software a couple of year ago.

I just checked into that program and it doesn't show it for XP, only Windows 95, 98 and NT. Did your laptop already come with it or did you download it? This is where I found it: StartPanel I hope the link came out for you. How long have you been using this program?

I have used it under Win 95 - Win 98 and Win XP. I guess because it is an old program and not written for XP may be the problem. Thanks for your help anyway.
