Download the WinXP driver from www.nvidia.com. The Detonator 3 driver fits your Riva TNT2 perfect.

I downloaded those drivers and it didn't fit my card at all..
Infact I got a warning that the drivers weren't recomended for XP

I have the same problem, im running XP Pro and my TNT 2 card just won't work, i've tried 2 different drivers for the card designed for compatibility with XP and neither worked...any assistance would be appreciated greatly...

I have been having problems along the same lines. Only I can get the card to isntall using the latest detonator drivers, but then it won't allow me to use the tv-out feature. I mean the option is there, but it won't let me select tv, even after it is all hooked up. Any ideas anyone?

uninstall those drivers and set the resolution to 640 * 400 by right click on the desktop then advanced then adapter then list all modes and selecting 640*400 16 bit reboot and in 640 *400 install the new drivers xp loves the 800*600 resolution the video drivers dont set xp to 640*400 before installing any drivers
