My motherboard is an nVidia nForce3 250GB 8KDA3J. I believe I have all the newest drivers installed.

My problem is when I try to starts the sound program NvMixer, I get the following error message:

"The application cannot start because it could not detect NVIDIA nForce hardware on your system. If this is an nForce system, check the Windows Device Manager to ensure the NVIDIA nForcr Audio Codec Interface component is not disabled or conflicting with another component. The application will now shutdown"

The problem is I do not see that codec on the device manager. I do see a generic "Audio Codecs" listed. I also have the driver for Realtek AC'97 Audio installed. This is all onboard audio.

Anyone been through this before, that knows what I'm doing wrong?
