nvidia help?

ok here's the scoop i'm running a 64 meg nvidia graphics card the card is a pci card i do not have agp on my motherboard my graphics card is on irq 11 and my sound card is on irq 9 i have tried i couple of things but i can not figure out why this is happening but when ever i play a game my graphics seem to be a little laggy and when they go laggy my sound card makes beeping noises this only happens when i'm listening to music and i minimize or maximize a window or while i'm playing games i've tried moving the card to a diff pci slot but the problem was still there if any one has any ideas please write or e-mail

whats the cpu speed?? what is the rpm's of the harddrive?? the video needs some help. it will not speed up or play games properly without other sppedy parts to support it

will my hard drive is a 72,000 RPM and my RAM is a pc133 and my processor speed is a 766 Mhz but just to let you know the processor has nothing to do with how fast your computer is it's the bus speed that does.
