nv4_disp.dll STOP error

I've got a K7S5A and an nVidia Geforce2 with 64MB RAM. WHen I try and play Simpsons Hit & Run or Vice City I get a blue screen with an nv4_disp.dll STOP 8E error. I've tried changing the card for one I know works perfectly but still have the same problems. I've only just installed XP too, so it should work fine.
I've tried the latest nVidia drivers and the ones from windows update.
Summary: Ok this is my problem. When I try to load a 3d game like CS, I get a stop error saying something about 0x0000008E and nv4_disp.dll. I'm guessing it's something to do with my Nvidia Geforce Video card....
