I have numerous issues with my pc right now. I can logon as a Administrator but still can't seem to change certain permissions. I need to logon as a different user but whenever I try to I am receving the logon message "Local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively." I have tried to change the Local policies but whenever I right click on anything in the registry it won't open. I have tried doing a system restore to a earlier point and I get the message "System restore can not protect your computer" Whenever I open the user accounts from the control panel there is nothing there it is just a white screen so I can't change anything there either. I really need some help here, anyone got any suggestions. The computer is not part of a domain.
