i just built a computer and something really really annoying keeps happening and i dont know how to fix it. on my computer right now whenever i turn on my computer num lock is automatically on but my new computer its automatically off. is their any way to change this.

This is a function of BIOS. You need to get in there to change it. There various ways to get into BIOS, which depend on your motherboard.

Sometimes you keep hitting Delete key or one of the F keys. It might tell you on the screen whilst booting.

If you haven't got a motherboard manual then find the manufacturer's website and see if they have one there, or instructions on accessing BIOS.

Couldn't get your link to work.

The poster did not appear to be talking about the Login Screen, rather the state of number lock after booting. In which case it is in BIOS as I suggested.
