NTVDM.exe causing 100% CPU usage

Specs: Windows XP
It can be stopped using Process Blocker(http://www.processblocker.com/download.html) try both version since x86 worked for my 32-bit OS. Aftr installing type in NTVDM.exe and ntvdm.exe(both were causing high CPU usage 4 me).

Ntvdm.exe is process that belongs to the Windows 16-bit Virtual Machine. It provides an environment for a 16-bit process to execute on a 32-bit platform. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
