I've recently reformatted my computer and a few files "could not be recovered". Most were \windows\pinball\wav sound files but i'm not concerned with them. The problem is i'm trying to re-install a Visual Basic 6.0 programming CD and I get the message:
"NTVDM KERNEL: Missing 16-bit system module. Please reinstall the folowing to your system32 directory: SOUND.DRV". I've even tried another full system recovery and still having the problem. My major is MIS and it would be helpful if I could practice programming at home. Request assistance.

Oklhaoma football isn't a matter of life or death, it's much more important than that.
