Just bought this Dell laptop for the company I work for, and as with all new computers (I assume) you don't get a copy of the Windows cd anymore. During Windows Update it blue screened and on reboot <windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe appeared. Cannot boot up even in safe mode or last good config. No cd, what do I do, any suggestions? I know I should ring Dell but its Friday afternoon & I want to go home sometime soon. (and lets face it, their technical support is lacking somewhat to say the least) Any suggestions would be much appreciated, otherwise I'll have to ring India Monday morning!
