SHeur.HKM - This is a form of Trojan virus and should be removed immediately. Has anyone else seen this variant recently? Its fairly new I believe and requires some manual hacking at ref level.

HKLM\..\Run: [userinit] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntos.exe
or
REG:system.ini: UserInit=D:\WINDOWS\system32\Userinit.exe,D:\WINDOWS\system32\ntos.exe

AVG picks up on this virus but NORTON or SOPHOS do not! (yet)

muarrij, does it show on Kaspersky? A² should be able to handle it if not. Be aware that a virus and a Trojan are similar, but not the same. Many times, an AV detects one it can't clean , other times, it gets missed entirely.
You can see if you have one using Kaspersky’s scan @:
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
If you need to clean one, Kaspersky has one or A² can do the job and you can get it free @:
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software...
among other places. FWIW, works with Vista.
If it turns out that you need to use it, be sure to update prior to running. They just released a new update recently and it changes all the time. Things are in a constant state of flux.
