Hi All
Jake You can also try the repair feature from your Win xp cd.
Set your first boot device to CD/DVD
& let the computer to boot from ur win xp cd.
select the current OS & press R for repair.
I may reinstall that file or it may reinstall the OS, In both the cases you will not loose your data.
However you may have to reload your graphics & sound drivers.

Hi All Win XP is an NT Based OS thus the file ntldr.exe (NT Loader) initiates the files & commands necessary for any NT Based OS. So if the file is corrupt or is missing you will not be able to run windows.
