i purchased this PC last month,had trouble right away.could not install updates from MICROSOFT,found out i have a counterfiet windows xp.but now when i go to start up i get this telling me NTLDR is missing press ctrl + Alt.+Del. to restart.i have purchased a new windows xp pro.can someone tell me the steps to install this new windows and do i need to reformat or just install over the counterfiet.i'm in a pickel HELP PLEASE
