Okay I have been through a lot of these sites and no one has had my problem. The only thing i remember was uninstalling Norton Antivirus 2005 and installed TrendMicro PC Cillin Internet Security. I installed and told me to restart. So I did and I booted up with and i got NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to Restart. Any answers to this?

to fix it:
u should boot up with windows xpgo to repair windows then go recovery console from cd rom
now u'r in dos mode:
if u'r cd rom drive is d: and u'r hard disk is c:just type this:
c:\copy d:\i386\ntldr
then type:
c:\exit
u'r pc will restart and everything should work fineif you cannot find the file with your disc locate it at M$ knowledge base and copy it to a disc and install from there

just like you are going to reinstall xp pro: you must have the boot order to boot to cd first in the bios and then reboot with the disc in the cd-rom.As soon as it boots it should prompt you to "hit any key to boot from cd" hit inter and then let it load the files and it will pop up a screen saying what do you wish to do. Hit the repair/edit the boot section and it should open up a dos window with a c:\ prompt. It is here that you need to type:
c:\copy d:\i386\ntldr
then type:
c:\exit

i got it to repair part but it says i need an administrator password. im thinking that this is the password i use to logon windows? becuase i never had a password.

Try getting in with a blank password. If you can't get in using the CD, and the machine you're on now has XP, try the following...
Go into Control Panel>Folder Options>View tab, and select 'Show hidden files..' and untick the box for 'Hide protected operating system files'. Then do a fresh format on a floppy and onto the floppy copy ntldr, ntdetect.com, and boot.ini from the root of c:.
Stick the floppy in the other machine and try to boot. If you can, just copy over the ntldr once you're up. The link below may also be useful:

NTLDR is part of the boot sequence. If it is missing/corrupt then do this:
Boot with XP CD, go to R for recovery, DO NOT enter a password, just enter, then type FIXBOOT, restart.
(If machine still asks for password then typr ADMIN)
