NTLDR File MIssing

i have a problem in my office ... and mostly i seen this same problem.. some times when users are using computer and after a next day they will on it so this will give a error . NTLDR file is missing please reinstall it .. can any body tell me how can i solve this problem widout reinstalling windows because im totaly fedup from this reinstallation all the day :( please
