NTFS vs. FAT32

I have two hard drives operating on one system. The master is in the NTFS format and the slave is in FAT32.
Is one system better than the other, e.g. more up-to-date?

Your system is fine as is I prefer NTFS but if your a gamer you may want the slave as FAT32.
My preference is NTFS on both drives, I am not a heavy gamer though.
My system is geared toward CAD and Graphics applications.

What is the benefit of having your games on a FAT32 drive rather then NTFS? I ask because I just got my 200GB WD yesterday and I formatted a 100GB partition as NTFS and moved all my installed games to it. Should I move them all back and reformat it as FAT32?

My understanding is it will handle games faster than NTFS. So games that envolve or require more fps should see a slight improvement, whether you notice or not is the question.
My preference is to keep the system either all NTFS or all FAT32.
