NTFS permissions not available

CPU/Ram: 1.2 ghz / 256 mb

I recently converted a drive from FAT32 to NTFS and I'm not able to set permissions for folders. It's like I'm still in FAT32. I'm apart of the administrators group too. Any ideas?

Turn off simple file sharing. Go to explorer->tools->folder options->view. At the bottom uncheck the box for simple sharing.
