Have you tried running Malwarebytes from SAFE mode? With these trojans you will not be able to clean the system unless you start in SAFE, clean all user accounts there first including administrator and then moving to normal mode and rechecking all accounts until the system tests clean. You will need to clear the restore points while in SAFE mode since these trojans infect them and the first time one is selected you reinfect the system. Once everything is clean you can reset System Restore and start creating fresh ones.

yeah i have done all of this in safe mode and still when i try to run any kind of anti virus or spyware or malware program it always gives me some kind of excuse why it wont run like time out error or i dont have permission to run the program or the parrameters arent set it is really agravating (sorry my typing sucks LOL!!) so do you have any other ideas is there somthing i can do in the task manager? do you know of any processes that are a virus running that i can shut down? but every time i click on a progrom a black screen pops up for about 3 seconds then closes it usually has some info on the program in it like code and stuff and malwarebytes will start the scan and about 3 seconds into the scan the program closes so do i get out the hammer or would you suggest a shotgun for the computer?

Sorry for the delay, I have been working on similar problems for a couple of customers.

It sounds like a backup of data, reinstall windows to eliminate the problems, reinstall software and before restoring any of the data make sure that you have security software installed and scan the data first.

mikehlrtfo, Go into your "C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" folder and right click the mbam.exe file and rename it to something else but keep the exe extension (like eliminate.exe) then try to run the Malwarebytes program in Normal mode.
