Hi,
(This may not have been the most appropriate board but I couldn't find anywhere else.)
I'm going to buy a new Laptop in a few months and have a few basic questions.
I've noticed that a lot of the new laptops have advertised IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® M processors which operated at around 1.5Ghz (give or take).
I'm quite confused at this because normal pc's have Intel Pentium processors that can run up to 3.6Ghz.
Why would the laptop be cut short of so much power? And what is the advantage of the "M" processor? Is it just as fast in the long run?

Still feel free to post a reply (anybody else).
