Notebook is slow Opening.

CPU/Ram: P3/500

Since I formatted my hard drive and did a fresh copy of Windows XP Professional with SP2 I now find my Notebook slow booting up, takes about 60 secs before it would take about half of that, and only have a few programs installed and checked msconfig and there are only 5 in there Any ideas why its running slow, after it boots up everything is okay
