I am confused. Do you want your internet access fixed?

If so then we need to do some trouble shooting. Are you willing to do that or do you want to go down the redirection path?

First, I don't know how far you have gone in other post so if this sounds like something you have already done then provide us with how far you got in your quest to fix this.

Next, can you go to the Command Prompt (Start button -> Run -> and type CMD and press enter. Then do a

ipconfig /all > config.txt

then go to your Documents and settings, open the new Config.txt and copy the contents into a reply.

Also, could you do a...

ping > pingtest.txt

and paste its results. This will help us to pinpoint the problem.

You have to install a Proxy Server or if you are a hacker you use a technique called DNS poisoning. If you want to do this I suggest you Google these and do a lot of research. So I would suggest you forget about redirection. This is usually something we try to undo because of some virus messing up a computer.

If it is a proxy server you are looking for then you can download one from source forge and set it up on a separate box.

Then you go into your I.E. and go to...

Tools -> Internet Options -> LAN Settings -> Check the "Use proxy server for your LAN.

Then put in your Server's IP address and port information.

Now depending on where you put the Proxy in your network topology you may need to NIC cards. One for the WAN (Public Side) and one for the LAN (Private Side). It might just be simpler to to just install the proxy inside your LAN. This is assuming that your Router is working properly but without some of the tests I asked for at the beginning, it is hard to tell.

I guess you need to be a little more specific as to what you mean by Redirection.
