When I enter Outlook Express it says no new messages. I am used to receiving 20 to 30 e-mails a day and I am getting concerned. I tried to search for folders.dbx and it comes back as nothing found. Nothing with dbx.

Your .dbx files should be in these folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{...}\Microsoft\Outlook Express (To see them, you may have to enable 'show hidden files & folders' and disable 'hide protected system files' in ControlPanel>FolderOptions>View)
Have you scanned for Virusses & Spyware? Have you contacted your MailProvider about this? ___________________________________________ ☺ [Belgium, GMT+1]_________________________svg

Did you click Send/Receive? I fixed a woman's computer today. She could not receive any emails because she had taken the check out of the box that says "Send and Receive messages at startup and didn't know you could click on send and receive to get emails. :-)
