not passed Windows Logo

OS: Win XP
CPU/Ram: PIII, 128 MB

while trying to get windows updates from microsoft I am getting " The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify it's compatibility with Windows XP.
This software will not be installed..."

This is from microsoft and the updates have worked on other machines in the past.
any fixes?

email microsoft, or empty your temp files and WINDOWS/Temp if anything in there

I am having the same problem. I even went to MS website to find solution.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;828031&Product=ie600
Still getting same message when trying to get IE6 SP1.
Any other ideas.
