Not Hibernate

I formatted my HDD and reinstalled WXP. I used Power Toys to mike the login automatic. However, after the scre4en saver and then monitor off I must login again in spite of having Hibernate turned off.
Help?

Uncheck the "On resume, display Welcome screen" (under the Screen saver properties).
