not getting to normal mode

every time i start my pc im not able to load into normal mode instead my pc keeps on restarting so im using safe mode.any solutions to this problem?

What version of Windows are you running and what was it you just installed recently?
The error message you are getting is pointing to a driver that is trying to use the same memory area as another driver. This is why Safe Mode works because the driver does not load. It is probably a driver that is not support by your version of your OS.

i actually thought not to format coz i have a lot of important files in my C drive but i got a 250Gb external hard disk so i copied all my files to that and formatted my pc!!!!!!!!!!!once again thank you ace omega for your help.....expecting that you'll help me in future if i have any problem
