Clean up your system first to rid yourself of any malware/viruses that may be causing your problem. Then do a "disc cleanup" and defrag. disc cleanup: open MY computer>explore>Rclick "C" >properties and click on disc cleanup then check all the little boxes and ok. It may take a while as to compressing your filesbut when done defrag; go through the motions of above but when you get to the "disc properties" screen click on the "tools" tab and select "defrag now" after you do that and it still is a problem then post back and we will go from there.

seems your're ok for space and ram, maybe check to see how much ram is being used by other programs, and whats remaining, also check settings for swap file and other resources like cache and system requirements for browsers and preferences. :)
