My hdd is 8.4GB, and the most i can free up my space is 4GB, However, when i install Metal gear solid 2, the disc needs to be unzip to the hdd then can install. they need about 5GB to store the setup program and 3.5GB to install.

Is there possible to create a virtual space to store the setup file and then install which not detect any space?

Not trying to be a smart-a*# here, but if I were you, I would buy a bigger hard drive.

Probably not. You can compress files on your drive and all sorts of crazy things like that to try to get it to work, but if I were you, I would take BadKarma's advise.

Hard drives are absolutely dirt cheap these days. You can pick yourself up a 40-80GB drive and not be out a whole lot of money. Smaller drives are extremely cheap if you can find them.
