Can someone please help me????? I am having a problem with programs 'not responding'. Every program I open while I have internet explorer open goes into not responding mode. I tried backing up all my files onto disks and doing a system recovery and starting from scratch, but it is still doing it. What can I do? How do I figure out what is causing this problem so I can then figure out how to solve it? It's driving me mad!!!
