not able to access my computer on the lan

Specs: Windows XP
hi everyone.. my problem is that i just changed my system from domain to workgroup an applied the settings of domain which i collected before change to worgroup. now when i try to access my computer from other computer in lan pop up menu is showing that guest account in grayed textbox and prompting for password, but my computer has the administrator privilege. But my computer can access other computers connected to the lan. please help.

If you removed the computer from the Domain, then you'll need to create local users that the other Domain users will then use to access the shares.

Domain authentication won't work..

thanks for the reply..i have got the solution for the problem from this site from another post...

here is that solution

Check XP Security policies in gpedit.msc:

Found in Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment
- Access this computer from the network: add guest
- Deny logon locally: remove guest
- Deny access to this computer from the network-> check Guest is not here.
- Network access:Sharing and security model... -> Guest only
Found in Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options
