I can't run this product on my system because a previous version is already installed... I tryed to unistalled it but always unsuccesfully... my prevous windows version was Millennium and since I installed XP I'm stuck nothing works how can I debug this case???
Type in sysmantec removal tool in google and see what you find. You have to get the removal tool from somewhere at symantec to remove it then try to install your newest version.
