Norton Internet Security

OS: Windows XP SP-1
CPU/Ram: P4 2.2, 1 gig RAM

When I installed Norton Internet Security, the Home Networking screen told me all the computers on my network were protected. I don't see how this is possible since both of them are plugged into a broadband router and, in fact, the second computer works on the web when the first one, which has Internet Security installed, isn't even on.

u will have to install it on all the computers u want to protect. norton would like to think that it can protect other computers even if it doesnt have it installed(network).
