Norton Installer at startup

When i start up my pc a windows installer pops up. at the top it says Norton anti-virus 2005. I already have Norton Anti-virus installed. Why is this installer popping up? and how to disable it. (no Norton Anti-virus Cd in the Cd-rom drive)
If not there, open regedit and look for: HKEY-Local machine-software-microsoft-windows-run. Look for an entry for norton and delete it. BACK UP before deleting.
