have you gone to the vender for update? You can even post your problem there.Someone else on this forum had aproblem with Norton
,his problem was with the boot not happening.
I suggest the web site since he can't get his
CPU to go pass bootup now.

when making your boot disk from the norton ghost wizard, use pc-dos and load the drivers for cd-roms.

I have been using Norton Ghost for several weeks now and it works perfectly. Create the boot disk from the program in Windows then reboot from those 2 disks. They will open up in the DOS that is installed during the creation and you just run the program from there.

I used the PC DOS that was offered by the program although I probably have MS DOS on my computer in Windows 98 and Windows XP. It hasn't hurt anything yet and I have made several Ghost Images.

Tonight, I Ghosted my computer and it included the C: Drive, A hidden partion for Windows XP and two hard drives. No problems.

Earlier in the week, I had to restore my machine twice while experimenting and the restores went perfectly in about 10 minutes each. Sure beats a weekend of restoration work.
