What 2Gb limit ?

Are either of your destination locations NTFS ?

Ghost can create images of NTFS drives but needs a FAT16 or FAT32 drive to write to.

Go ghost options and check the "span" box and then check "autoname" box. This worked for me after receiving the disk full message.
