Hi, the norton firewall is preventing interent access on my laptop. when i disable it, the internet works, but when it is activated then the the internet does not work at all. i've called my ISP, and they have tested my connection, and determined that it is the firewall. Can someone please tell me what i need to do to the norton firewall in order for it top allow internet usage, thanks. ps i am pretty new to this, so i will need specific instructions, thanks!
