Norton AntiVirus doesnt find cfgwiz.exe

When I click on Norton Anti-Virus Icon (2000) a message pops up saying that is does not find the file cfgwiz.exe. Consequently, I cannot run the Norton. What can I do?

When i installed the Nortorn Antivirus on m windows XP, i get the message when i try to run the nortorn antivirus2002 as cfgwiz.exe file is missing.I removed nortorn from registry also and then installed back but still getting this error.Help me
