Need advice,
I have Norton AntiVirus™ Corporate Edition 7.6 installed on my computer XP. Before I used Norton but the 2002 home version. The problem I see with Corporate is it won't iniate any kind of email scan when any email comes in as with NAV 2002. Today was the big test when a virus came across my email. Usually Norton 2002 will pick it up as soon as the message appears on outlook. With Corporate, the virus just waltz right in into my inbox. Just to be sure, I downloaded the virus to a folder, and manually had Corporate scan the file which it then detected it. Is there a setting or something that I can change so it will scan all incoming and outgoing email? and scan any excel or word document while opening the document like 2002?

Thanks for your help...

John

Try search support on this Symantec site: http://enterprisesecurity.symantec.com/

Symantec's enterprise edition is for corporate environments. I would get rid of the enterprise edition and get a version suited to home use. My advice would be to return to NAV 2002 or update to NAV 2003.
