Hello, even though I had norton antivirus 2006 installed on my pc a virus was still able to infect my machine. After I was able to remove it, my email (MS Outlook) stopped being able receive email. I found out that while the email protection was enabled in Norton, I could not receive email and sometimes not send it. As soon as I deactivated the email protection, email came and went normally. Symantecs help was to uninstall the software, re install it and update it as the fix was availble. I did all of that and it still does the same thing. As long as I have email protection enabled, I can't get any email. Anyone have a fix for this? Please help. Thanks
