Norton Antivirus 2004 Problem

I'am having a terrible problem in Norton. I recently upgraded my comp 4rm 98 to XP.But that's not to do with prob in Norton.Coz the Antivirus software was working properly even if i changed to XP. But later after 3mnts of installation,it did not work.Means that whenever i clicked the icon of Norton Antivirus,a message appeared "ERROR:1606" /Documents & Settings....could not find the path, guys if u can help me sort out this problem i'll be really greatful to u.Pl help me

based on what You posted, it seems that your AV program is trying to start from the Documents and Settings folders, rather tht from the default"C:\Progrmm Files\Norton Systemworks" folder, You can try un-installing and re-installing the program, seeing to it that it is installed in the Program Files group.
