Hello,
I purchased a Usb Data Cable for my Nokia 3595 because i thought it was simple to use and just plug it into the computer and install driver and could upload/download ringtongs. But i do not know what to do. I plugged in the usb data cable into my laptop and then i installed driver. I installed the software that came with it and nothing worked. Is there something i need to do with the phone for my cpu to recognize its there? Need help thank you in advance

I had no idea there was a USB data cable for the Nokia 3595?? I had that phone a few years ago and it wasn't USB compatible, so I switched to a Sony Ericsson Z500a for all my upload/download needs.

But anyway, check out the "Float's Mobile Agent" website ( www.fma.sourceforge.net/ )and download the latest software client. Take some time to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST so you at least know what to do. After you install it, the set-up wizard should automatically detect your phone.

There may be a few settings that you'll need to dabble with to get it to detect your phone. If you can't figure it out, I suggest you read their FAQ section that provides a lot of very helpful info. If you're still having problems, you can post your question in their forums and you'll definitely get a lot of help there. The people in the forums are really cool.
