my monitor makes a high pitch noise only when the computer is on.not at start up though.. gets louder or softer depending on thepage im veiwing???? weird huh?

tryed different resolution and updating drivers. tryed the refresh rate and all that.. it hellped a little but is still there..my monitor doesnt do it when im ussing it to watch tv or play nintendo and stuff only when my computer is on.is it possible that i have something wrong with my registry???
