Hi -
Here is my problem - any help would be great...
Every time I restart my pc the USB driver need reinstalling. I log in and none of my usb devices work ….. Its been like this for some time. When I put my USB 1GB drive in its often says “ This device can perform faster” and gives me a list of the USB slots I have.
The only two things I can think are that either the driver is wrong or corrupt, or something o do with the motherboard such as the USB front panel leads on the motherboard affecting the back USB slots. ( the front slots don’t work by the way)…
The other problem might be the back plate, it’s a bit loose and could be short circuiting the motherboard, I haven’t tried it yet but I highly doubt it.
Its such a frustrating problem as I cant install my webcam and a few other devices….
Here is my Spec.
Dfi Lan Party Ultra NF4
3000 Winchester
1 GB ram
Thermal Take 550w PSU
CD Drive
DVD drive
80 GB HDDAny info would be greatly appreciated
Thanks for your time
Aaron

I would just give my computer what it asks just to shut it up...sometimes a computer can be worse than a nagging wife. Dump all of your usb devices and get yourself a PCI card that handles 4 - USB 2.0 jacks and be done with it.
