Hi i can`t uninstall Windows xp and windows xp sp2 because it not in add or remove programs is there a way to uninstall and win xp sp2 uninstall files are missing?

Sorry I was daydreaming... your idea of re-installing SP and then uninstalling may help. You must have removed $NtServicePackUninstall$ at some stage. Re-installing will at least give you the uninstall facility.
