Hi Josh

In IE / Tools / Internet Options
Then Temporary Internet Files
Then Click Settings
Does it say there where your TIF folder is located ?

Check Documents and Settings, user name, local settings. Your TIF should be there, OR in Windows, Temp. Depending on the machine, they end up usually in one of these two places.

If, finally, all is lost, try Start, Run and type sfc /scannow (space before slash) and see if the TIF folder is replaced.
