No Task Manager Nav Bar

I had a bug called Noooh and I removed it thanks to this tut - http://tinyurl.com/3ko98o . Now I'm still having task manager problems as when I open TM I dont have any operation tabs or navigation bars (like File, Options, View, Help)

Task Manager Menu Bar and Tabs Are Not Visible

Apparently your Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode. To switch Task Manager to its normal display mode, double-click the top border of the window.
