No Task Manager Nav Bar

Apparently your Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode. To switch Task Manager to its normal display mode, double-click the top border of the window.
Summary: I just installed XP pro which went surprisingly smooth. Tho only problem I have now is i get no task manager when pressing ctr alt del to try to end tasks. All i get is a bunch of little green squares...
Summary: When I Ctrl*Alt*Delete, the Task Manager comes up but I has no Title Bar or and of the Tabs to choose from(Processes, Apps, Networking, etc). If I keep hitting C+A+D, it will just keeping opening up ...
