I use Agent (full version 1.93) as my mail program and newsgroup reader. Recently, when I tried to download some binaries, I received an error message stating that it was unable to create the file due to "no space left on device". I checked the properties for the drive under my computer and it appears that I have 32.5GB free. Is there any other way that I can check the available free space on the drive in case the properties is giving me a false reading? Any other help would be appreciated.

Are you sure that the device you are trying to save these binaries to is the same device that's reporting 32.5 gig free? Also, maybe it's reporting an erroneous error due to the fact that you don't have "write" access to that directory. Are you logged in with "admin" rights when you are attempting to do this?

The device where the binaries are saved is my C: drive (the exact path is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\INTERNET STUFF\Daily Download\) and using the properties under My Computer, that same drive shows 32.5 GB free.
I've saved to that location with no problem up to late Thursday; the problem occured on Friday. There should be no problems with access or writing right as I am the only person who uses my computer.
FWIW, I've ran both disk checkup and defragment and they both show the same amount of free space.

I don't know what the problem was but I think I stmbled upon a solution. The folder on C: listed above, Daily Download, had over 15 GB of files in it. I renamed it Daily Download 1 and then created a new Daily Download folder. Agent can now save attachments to the new folder with no problem. Perhaps XP only allows folders up to a certain size?
