I can no longer get sounds from sites like www.youtube.com, www.myspace.com etc. Sounds on my computer are find and working as they should, windows media player, quicktime, system sounds, etc. are all okay.

The videos play fine on youtube, the sound bar moves on myspace, but I hear nothing. I've tried EVERYTHING I was able to find in help forums over the past 2 weeks, no resolve.

I am able to play all test sounds on my computer, and I'm able to play sounds on some websites such as:
http://www.phon.ucl.ac.uk/home/mark...
I'm running windows XP, SP3.
My sound card is a Creative Sound Blaster AUDIO PCI 128D.
I've updated my drivers.
I've rolled them back to the install date of 2001.
I've removed the card from the mother board and put it back
I've checked my head set is in the right plug in spot (only one spot to plug it in)
I've even moved the green to pink and pink to green just to see if I had lost my mind, no resolve.
I've installed my drivers fully and reinstalled them
I've ran the K-lite Codec pack to no resolve (Tweak tool was grayed out on option to fix system sounds, saying everything was working properly)
I've ran CCCleaner
I've uninstalled McAfee, no resolve
Reinstalled McAfee checked all settings
I've created another profile on my system and checked that one out
I've downgraded to IE 7
Downgraded to Firefox 2
Upgraded to IE 8 (Beta)
checked all my IE settings to play sounds on sites
nothing is muted in my sound profile
I've tried the registry patch for flash player (To remap wavemapper)
I have the msacm32.drv in my windows32 folder, even removed it and replaed it with one from a working machine
I have reinstalled all missing codecs manually from the add remove hardware pane
I've checked my devices under my device manager, nothing marked as non working, and even reinstalled and updated everything listed.
I've checked my flash settings by right clicking a video, disabled everything, reensbled, set it up as suggested in other forms.
I've ran my virus software, I've ran adaware, I've defraged the computer
I don't have a system retore point created or I would have tried that
I've double, and triple checked my sound properties, NOTHING is muted, all levels are up as high as possible
I've checked that youtube has not placed my sound bar at nothing
I've tried a new head set
I downgraded my flashplayer to 8, 7, and 6.
I've upgraded back to 9 and upgraded to 10 (beta)
I've followed all the suggestions of running the uninstall tool everytime I've downgraded flash (not from the add/remove programs) and I've also tried just removing it from add/remove
I've upgraded Java
I've upgraded shockwave player

I'm pulling my hair out over here trying to figure this out! Any help would be appreciated!

See the sound in control panel. Advanced panel would show levels for all inputs. Might play with them and look at settings.

Also see system in control panel for any !

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

No go.

Played with all my settings, nothing is on mute, everything is turned up (Even muted it all and turned it all down to see if I lived in a backwards world all of a sudden).

No (!) in my device manager at all.
