Hi, the sound on my toshiba laptop was working perfectly fine until about 2 days ago. Yesterday I was on and there was no sound but I just presumed someone had put it on mute. Today I checked and it's not on mute. I put headphones in and there's no sound from them either. Please help:) I haven't installed anything new. Thanks.
